PLC/Robot/Vision Programmer

Programming of PLC (Siemens), Robot (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) or Vision (Keyence, Cognex) production lines, single-purpose machines or robotic workplaces.

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a programmer with a relationship with technology to play a key role in the development, recovery and debugging of robotic workstations and single purpose machines. If you have a passion for innovation, a technical mindset, are communicative, want to work in a dynamic environment where every project is different and want to be there from start to finish, this position is for you!

You should have:

  • Willingness to learn and the courage to tackle the unsolved
  •  A university degree in software development or an equivalent combination of high school education and experience in PLC programming, Robot (FANUC, KUKA or ABB) or electrical engineering
  • Technical knowledge (motors, sensors, inverters, robots, cameras, gauges)
  •  Experience with Tia portal software for Siemens PLCs or programming of ABB, Fanuc or Kuka robots (knowledge of other PLC standards is an advantage)
  •  Creativity and technical thinking
  •  Ability to work independently, solve problems and lead projects from concept to implementation
  • Basic knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Driving license with a. B - active driver

What you're gonna do:

Primarily you will be creating control software (PLC, robot, or vision) for robotic workstations, single purpose machines and production lines. 
Specifically, you will be involved in:  

  • Analyzing customer requirements.
  • Participation in the development of solution concepts 
  • Selection of appropriate technologies
  • Software development
  • Testing and debugging 
  • Cooperation with the design and technical team
  • Development of new technologies
  • Presenting the design at internal and customer meetings
  • Bringing equipment to life on our production floor and at customer sites 
  • Handing over and training the operation of the supplied equipment to customers
