Motivation for automation

The RICAIP CEITEC testbed serves as an interactive space for verifying automation plans on the testbed.

Project description.

The subject of the project was the delivery of rail-mounted robots to DMG machining centres for the Ricaip testbed.  The delivery included:

  1. ABB IRB_4600_40_2_55 robot, 2 pcs
  2. TMF-2 rail 1 pc
  3. Integration, installation and commissioning

Process description:

The robots are designed for simulating industrial applications in the areas of handling, welding, machining and output control.
